N Brown wins Technology Project of the Year
N Brown Group plc, the inclusive fashion and homeware digital retail platform, has been awarded the Technology Project of the Year award at the Retail Systems Awards.
The prestigious event, held last night at London’s Marriott Grosvenor Square, celebrates excellence and innovation in the retail sector, with N Brown being crowned a winner alongside other leading retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Superdrug, and EE.
N Brown Group received this accolade for the delivery of its new Product Information Management (PIM) system, a key transformational priority for the Group. The PIM system is designed to enhance the customer experience by providing more detailed and accurate product descriptions, including information on sizing, fit, and fabric, across all product display pages. This greater consistency and accuracy in pre-purchase communications are expected to better inform customer purchases and reduce return rates, ultimately improving the overall customer experience.
