N Brown Group appoints Clare Empson as chief customer operations officer
N Brown Group has promoted Clare Empson to the newly created role of chief customer operations officer.
Empson has been working with the fashion and homeware online platform since January 2024 as director of supply chain and is now expanding her remit to include leading customer operations.
In her new position, she will be responsible for the overall customer journey and experience, including supply chain, customer service and customer insight.
