MSGM to open first UK store at Brompton Cross

Italian fashion brand MSGM has chosen London’s Brompton Cross as the location for its first UK store.

The retailer has signed with the Wellcome Trust, which was represented in the deal by Savills, to take the ground floor and basement at 278 Brompton Cross. The space spans around 2,000 square feet.

Founded in 2009 by Massimo Giorgetti in partnership with The Paloni Group, the brand is part-owned by Style Capital and has a growing number of stores around the world in places such as Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul.

The Brompton Cross store will be adjacent to the likes of Acne, Philip Lim, Carven, IRO and Maje. Other tenants in the area include Chanel, Ralph Lauren and Stella McCartney.

Tiffany Luckett, associate director in the Central London retail team at Savills, said: “MSGM has undergone exceptional growth over the last few years and we are delighted its first UK store will be at Brompton Cross. This is testament to the success of the area and its reputation as a renowned destination for luxury brands.”
