Moss launches new store at Clarks Village
Menswear retailer Moss has opened a new store at Clarks Village in Somerset.
Located in the outlet’s Apple Court, close to Vans and M&S. the 1,733 square foot space showcases the brand’s innovative new retail concept that forms part of its bricks-and-mortar expansion plan.
The store has an expert team of local in-store stylists and knowledgeable staff to help customers in-store. It also offers the brand’s ‘Custom Made’ tailoring service.
Brian Brick, Moss chief executive, said: “This store is a celebration of everything Moss stands for today; modern, diverse and accessible.
“We’ve leaned into our 172 years of expertise to land our most modern tailoring offer yet, alongside a range of premium casual styles to form a really considered collection.
“We’re not just a suit brand that sells some casualwear, or vice versa, Moss has transformed into a competitive menswear destination for both occasions and daily wardrobes.”
The retailer has recently changed its name to Moss from Moss Bros as it moves to become a diverse, digital, omnichannel retailer.
Last year, it opened 10 stores under Moss branding, including the Manchester Flagship. The pace continues into 2024 with the newly opened Edinburgh flagship and Clarks Village store taking Moss’ portfolio to 110 in the UK.
Chris Davis, centre director at Clarks Village, said: “Moss is a fantastic addition to Clarks Village, further enhancing the outlet’s menswear range alongside our 90 designer and high-street brands with discounts of up to 60% off RRP.
“Moss is the outlet’s first new brand to launch in 2024 and follows hot on the heels of the revamp of Cadbury’s. Looking ahead, guests have a lot to look forward to at Clarks Village this year from exciting new brands and store revamps to exclusive VIP shopping dates and a line-up of events.”
