Matalan appoints Jeremy Pee as non-executive director
Fashion and homeware retailer Matalan has appointed Jeremy Pee as a non-executive director.
With 20 years of retail experience, Pee recently served as chief digital and technology officer at Marks and Spencer, where he led the retailer’s digital transformation over five years.
Prior to that, he worked with Canada’s largest retailer, Loblaw, where he established an online division. His CV also includes senior roles at US office supplies retailer Staples.
Karl-Heinz Holland, chair of Matalan, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jeremy to the board. He brings deep retail experience and unparalleled expertise in digital and technological transformation.
“I know both will prove hugely valuable as we refine and deliver Matalan’s omnichannel strategy to serve families better. We look forward to working with Jeremy as we continue to transform the business.”
