Mango promotes teen line through new store in Barcelona
Mango has taken a further step in growing Mango Teen with the launch of a new point of sale in Barcelona.
The Spanish fashion brand now offers the range at 65 Passeig de Gracia, which is the same location where the company’s founder, Isak Andic, opened the first Mango store in 1984.
Previously offering womenswear, the site has now been converted to exclusively offer the youth line. The new space has over 400 square metres of sales area and has been designed in line with the brand’s Mediterranean-inspired New Med retail concept.
During 2023, Mango Kids and Teen recorded turnover growth of close to 20% and represented 8% of the group’s sales. At the end of the year, the youth line had 14 physical points of sale and a presence in 95 markets through the multi-line and online channels.
