Livingston Designer Outlet adds four premium fashion brands to its line-up

Livingston Designer Outlet has added Reiss, GUESS, Under Armour and Kids Around to its line-up.

Fashion brands Reiss and Guess have taken 1,812 square feet and 4,084 square feet of space respectively, while US athleisure brand Under Armour has signed for 2,752 square feet of space.

Luci Vardy, head of operations at Reiss, said: “We are delighted to have opened an outlet store in Livingston with Realm, this builds upon an already thriving business for Reiss in Scotland with successful main line stores in Glasgow and Edinburgh. The outlet model is an extremely popular way of shopping so we are pleased that we have been able to provide this new retail experience to our customers in Scotland.”

Due to open later this year, Kids Around has signed for a 2,200 store from where it will offer a range children’s collections from brands such as Boss, Timberland, Billieblush, Billybandit and Carrement Beau.

The signings come hot on the heels of a deal with the Calvin Klein underwear and fashion brand which has taken a 2,359 square foot space across two units.

Christine Grace, leasing director of Realm, the asset manager for the scheme, said: “These exciting new brands are excellent additions to the existing line-up of high-end premium brands at Livingston Designer Outlet. They join names such as Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Ted Baker, Lacoste Fred Perry and Kurt Geiger and support the premium retail experience, which we are developing throughout the scheme.”

Livingston Designer Outlet is Scotland’s largest outlet scheme with over 70 boutiques, restaurants and cafés, as well as an eight-screen digital Vue Cinema.
