Levi Strauss names new leader for South Asia-Middle East and Africa.
Levi Strauss & Co has hired Amisha Jain as its new senior vice president and managing director of South Asia-Middle East and Africa.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the company’s operations in the region and ensuring that it continues to drive expansion and growth.
With more than 20 years’ experience spanning physical and digital retail, consumer goods and technology, Jain was previously chief executive of Zivame, India’s number one intimate-wear brand. Her career also includes stints at McKinsey & Company, Nike and Arvind Group.

Jain has succeeded Sanjeev Mohanty who is now the company’s senior vice president and managing director of the US and Canada.
