Lands’ End appoints chief customer officer
Lands’ End has appointed Sarah Rasmusen to the newly created position of chief customer officer.
Currently working as the company’s senior vice president of ecommerce, Rasmusen will lead the clothing retailer’s customer experience activities across all sales channels.
Jerome Griffith, chief executive and president of Lands’ End, said: “Sarah has always focused on the priorities in our customers’ lives. As we further develop omnichannel distribution model, we will continue to focus on creating a consistent, high quality, seamless customer experience across channels to enhance our customer connection whenever, wherever and however our customer chooses to shop.”
Rasmusen joined Lands’ End in 2017 but previously worked with the business as director of internet merchandising from 2006 to 2010. Her retail experience also includes stints with Kohl’s Department Stores and Saks Direct.
