Joules obtains planning permission for new head office

Lifestyle clothing brand Joules has secured planning permission from Harborough District Council to create a new head office in its home town of Market Harborough.

Covering 60,000 square feet, the facility will enable Joules to bring all of its UK-based head office teams under one roof for the first time.

Joules will begin work on the new site, which sits next to its existing leased head office buildings, in early 2019.

Tom Joule, founder and chief brand officer of Joules, said: “Market Harborough is in Joules’ DNA and represents a very important ingredient in our brand’s heritage and unique personality. We have ambitious plans to further grow the Joules brand, both in the UK and internationally. We are confident that our new head office will help preserve and strengthen our special culture and allow us to continue to attract and retain world-class talent.”
