Joe Browns racks up strong sales growth

Online and mail order fashion retailer Joe Browns has reported achieving 23% growth in direct sales in the year to June

Ahead of launching its first flagship store in Meadowhall in Sheffield later this year, the company said it had enjoyed an “amazing” year despite tough market conditions.

Simon Brown, managing director of Joe Browns, said: “We have a strong range offering great value and our customers have been very excited about each distinctive and vibrant new collection we’ve launched. We’re now very much looking forward to capturing the essence of our fun and liberating lifestyle brand and bringing it to life in our first shop.”

Due for completion in the autumn, the new store will span almost 4,000 square feet.
