Jigsaw hires advisors as it mulls potential sale
22 July, 2020 | by Angela Beevers
Fashion brand Jigsaw has appointed two sets of advisors to carry out a strategic review of its business.
The process could result in a possible sale.
KPMG has been called in to look at rent negotiations with landlords while Cavendish Corporate Finance has been hired to work on the recruitment of a new external investor or a potential sale process.
A Jigsaw spokesperson said: “We are confident that Cavendish and KPMG are the right partners to undertake this strategic review of our business. Jigsaw is a valued British heritage brand and the board is determined to do all it can to steer the company and its staff through this incredibly challenging time.”
