Jigsaw chief executive steps down

The chief executive of Jigsaw has resigned after 15 months in the role.

Hash Ladha joined the fashion retailer in November 2023 after holding senior roles at various fashion brands, including group chief executive at Oasis and Warehouse and group multichannel director at Aurora Fashions. Earlier in his career, he worked with ASOS and Dorothy Perkins.

At Jigsaw he succeeded Beth Butterwick, the former chief executive of Bonmarche.

David Butler, non-executive director of Jigsaw, said: “On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Hash for his contribution to Jigsaw. He has re-established the product and brand proposition with success and leaves a great foundation on which to build upon.

“He has also formed a talented leadership team who I am sure will continue the good work to ensure Jigsaw remains an iconic heritage brand known for its design distinction and accessible luxury positioning.”

Ladha said: “It has been a privilege to lead this amazing brand and I am proud of all that we achieved. My thanks go to the leadership team, all of my colleagues at our Richmond office, our store teams and our distribution team. I will cherish my time here and working with such talented people.”
