JD Sports to join line-up at Ashley Centre
JD Sports has signed to take a new store at Epsom’s Ashley Centre.
Set to open later this year, the 4,453 square foot space will be situated on Ashley Centre’s ground level near the central square, adjacent to the likes of Monsoon and New Look.
The shop will offer the sportswear giant’s full range of clothing, footwear and accessories from brands such as Nike, Adidas, The North Face and Puma.
Ashley Centre’s landlord, CBRE Investment Management, has recently invested £5 million in refurbishing and revitalising the scheme, which has helped to attract new brands including Gail’s Bakery.
James Air, head of group acquisitions at JD, said: “JD are pleased to have secured excellent new space in the heart of the Ashley Centre. It was great to work with Duncan Kite and CBRE IM to make this deal happen. We are confident we will deliver a fantastic large new JD store for the community.”

Our aim is to continue delivering an offer that will elevate visitors’ experience and reinforce the importance of the Ashley Centre to the community.
