Jane Fonda teams up with H&M for new ‘movewear’ line
H&M has tapped 84 year old Oscar-winning actor and activist Jane Fonda to front its new “movewear” brand H&M Move.
The new line aims to make “functional and technically innovative workout clothes more accessible”.
Launching online and in store this Thursday (4 August), the new line comprises of menswear, womenswear and kidswear including tops, lightweight jackets, tracksuits, tights and bras.
Fonda, who is known for her iconic 1980s fitness videos, stars in the campaign alongside dance choreographer JaQuel Knight.
H&M said the range features four exclusive materials with different functions designed for physical activity. DryMove, keeps moisture away from skin while ShapeMove provides extra support. SoftMove offers a soft texture and StormMove provides protection against wind and rain.

Fonda said: “I’ve spent a lot of my own life getting people to move and was naturally drawn to the mission of H&M Move to get the whole world moving”.
