J. Crew appoints chief marketing officer
J. Crew Group has appointed Julia Collier as chief marketing officer.
Due to take up her position on 6 January, she previously worked as senior vice president of marketing at Skims, which she joined prior to the brand’s launch in 2019.
Whilst there, her work included setting the brand’s tone and positioning, coordinating celebrity deals, overseeing brand creative, leading cross-channel marketing strategies, and spearheading high-profile brand partnerships.
Prior to that, Collier served as senior director of brand marketing and creative at A.L.C, director of creative production at Wednesday Agency, and brand director at Nicola Formichetti Studio. Earlier in her career, she was brand manager for rugby at Ralph Lauren.

Collier holds a Master’s Degree in History of Art and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh.
