Hobbs to open new look store at Trafford Centre

Hobbs is expanding its presence in the North West with the opening of a new look store in Manchester at Trafford Centre this autumn.

Situated on the shopping centre’s Upper Regent Crescent, the 4,000 square foot space will stock the womenswear retailer’s mainline range, as well as the store’s exclusive limited-edition collections and petite ranges.

Hobbs has recently re-evaluated the look and feel of its shops and has developed a new customer centric store concept for future locations in collaboration with the Zebra design studio.

Caraline Money, global retail director at Hobbs, said: “Trafford Centre’s status as a premier and luxurious shopping destination aligns with Hobbs’ prestigious brand image and adds to the overall shopping experience for our customers.

“With high footfall and a wide catchment from across the region, we’re expecting to reach a broader audience, enhancing our presence in the North of England.”

The new shop will be the retailer’s 63rd standalone store in the UK.

Kate Pearson, director of asset management at Pradera Lateral, Trafford Centre’s asset managers, said: At Trafford Centre, we’re proud to be home to forward-thinking brands who are expanding their market presence across the UK and are thrilled that Hobbs have chosen us for their next store location.”
