H&M introduces men’s athleisure collection

Fashion retailer H&M has a launched a new men’s athleisure collection.

Available in selected stores and online, the range includes outerwear, tops, bottoms and accessories.

The new collection was launched in Berlin at an event at Uferstudios, a training centre for contemporary dance. Hosted in partnership with INDIE magazine, the event featured performances by Dutch breakdance group The Ruggeds and rap artist Kelvyn Colt.

Ross Lydon, head of menswear design at H&M, said: “We’re proud to be launching the H&M men’s Athleisure collection in Berlin, a city known for its street style and underground vibe. Traditional borders between casual, sports and streetwear have become increasingly permeable and this capsule collection draws cues from all three with a technical, functional and sporty attitude.”

Models featured in the campaign for the collection include professional freerunner athletes, breakdancers and a martial arts professional.
