H&M collaborates with Simone Rocha

H&M has embarked on a new collaboration with the London-based fashion designer Simone Rocha.

Due to be launched on 11 March, the Simone Rocha x H&M collection will include a range of womenswear as well as as clothing for men and children. The move means this will be the first time that Rocha has offered a wardrobe for the entire family.

Each category will include special occasionwear, knits, shirting, outerwear and accessories, including Rocha’s signature sparkling jewellery and pearl-embellished footwear.

H&M’s Ann-Sofie Johansson said H&M has been wanting to work with Rocha for some time.

She added: “All of us at H&M have been so inspired to work with a female designer who spends so much time thinking about contemporary femininity, and womanhood, and who is so committed to excellence in craft and design, from the process of developing special fabrications, to pushing silhouettes, shapes and embellishments. Every garment within this collection is unique, special and the result of years of work and meticulous research.”
