Gymshark chief financial officer leaves after two years
Gymshark’s chief financial officer Mat Dunn has left the business after two years in the role.
In an update at Companies House yesterday, it was confirmed that Dunn was no longer a director.
Dunn joined Gymshark in December 2022 and prior to that worked in senior financial roles at companies such as ASOS, Britvic and SABMiller.
A Gymshark spokesperson said: “Matt Dunn was employed as chief financial officer from December 2022 to November 2024. During that time, Mat was instrumental in evolving our finance and commercial functions, and we thank him for all he contributed.”
In the year to 31 July 2023, the clothing brand saw its pre-tax profit fall to £13 million from the previous year’s £27.8 million as it experienced rising costs, although revenue increased to £556.2 million from a previous £484.4 million.
