Frasers Group acquires I Saw It First
Frasers Group has acquired online fashion retailer I Saw It First for an undisclosed sum.
The news follows the group’s recent purchase of Missguided out of administration in a £20 million deal.
In a statement, Frasers Group said I Saw It First will benefit from the strength and scale of Frasers Group’s platform and from the integration with Missguided.
I Saw It First was established in the UK in 2017 by Jalal Kamani, the brother of Boohoo co-founder Mahmud Kamani. The retailer became an official partner of the Love Island TV programme in 2019 and currently has over five million customers.
Frasers Group’s portfolio of brands also includes Sports Direct, Flannels, House of Fraser, 18 Montrose, Game, Frasers, Jack Wills, Sofa.com, Evans Cycles and USC.
