Fossil Group appoints new chief financial officer
Fossil Group has appointed Randy Greben as its new chief financial officer.
Due to take up his role on 17 March, he will succeed Andrew Skobe who has been working in the position on an interim basis.
Greben will oversee the watch and accessory brand’s global financial strategy where initially his main focus will be leading its financial turnaround and business transformation.
With more than two decades of financial leadership experience, Greben has a strong track record of business transformations, including deep turnarounds and the development of high-growth strategies for a number of leading consumer brands.

Prior to that, he was chief financial officer and treasurer of meal kit company Blue Apron, and also previously served as chief financial officer at Ann, the owner of the Ann Taylor, Loft, and Lou & Grey fashion brands. Earlier in his career, he worked as chief financial officer and general manager at Quidsi, a subsidiary of Amazon
