Filippa K appoints Ida Petersson to its board
Fashion brand Filippa K has appointed Ida Petersson as its newest board member.
The Swedish brand is looking to benefit from her extensive knowledge and experience gained from working with luxury retailers such as Harvey Nichols, Net-a-Porter, and most recently Browns where she worked as buying director.
In January of this year, Petersson partnered with Ramya Giangola to launch Good Eggs, a global full-service brand strategy and creative agency.
Anders Ullstrand, chairman of the board of Filippa K, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ida Petersson to our board of directors.
“With her extensive background in international luxury fashion, she brings a wealth of expertise in product curation and brand strategy that supports Filippa K’s continued journey.
“Her insights will be instrumental in furthering the brand’s mission to emerge as a globally-loved affordable luxury brand.”
Petersson is also a well known champion of emerging talent, serving on panels for Fashion East, Graduate Fashion Week, the Swedish Fashion Council and CPHFW New Talent.
The news follows the recent appointment of Anna Teurnell as creative lead at Filippa K.
