Coach chief executive to depart business
Coach, the luxury accessories brand, has announced that its chief executive and brand president Joshua Schulman is to leave the business after a transition period.
Furthermore, Jide Zeitlin has committed to continue leading the company as chairman for the next three years. He will also take on the chief executive role until a successor for Schulman is found.
Since becoming chief executive, Zeitlin has led an in-depth review of Coach’s brands and said it revealed a number of growth opportunities for Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman.
He added: “We thank Josh for his leadership. Looking forward, I am excited to partner with the seasoned and talented management team at Coach, including executive creative director Stuart Vevers, to continue to build on the power of the Coach brand to delight our customers by delivering exceptional products and services.”
