Club L London acquires Lavish Alice
Club L London has acquired the Lavish Alice contemporary occasion wear brand for an undisclosed seven-figure sum.
The purchase includes all aspects of Lavish Alice’s operations, including its intellectual property rights, website, inventory, social media accounts, and customer data.
Club L London said the move will strengthen its market position, accelerate its global expansion, and position both brands for enhanced growth and innovation.

Founded in 2013 by Lee Bloor and Matthew Newton, Lavish Alice has collaborated on a capsule collection with Lindsay Lohan and dressed celebrities such as Katy Perry, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid.
It will continue to operate as a standalone brand following the acquisition with Bloor and Newton overseeing the transition to the new ownership before stepping away.
