Here at TRB HQ, we’re all getting ready to join the retail community in celebrating excellence and yes, we’re very excited, but this is just one part of a mightier picture!
During the day, we’ll host our HR Retail Conference which will focus on how to recruit, retain staff and attract the best talent. We have an excellent lineup of speakers from Iceland, N Brown, Tom Ford, ScS, Sue Ryder and more.
And, in the evening, the highly-anticipated People In Retail Awards will honor the remarkable individuals and businesses shaping the retail sector. At the heart of these awards is the belief in the significance of people and their pivotal role in retail’s continuous development and growth, and this year, we are shining a spotlight on an imperative aspect of the workplace: Diversity and Inclusion.
