Carhartt appoints new vice president of brand marketing and creative
Carhartt has appointed Norma Delaney as its new vice president of brand marketing and creative.
Possessing more than 20 years’ experience in the footwear and clothing sectors, Delaney will lead the development of the clothing brand’s marketing and creative strategies whilst playing a major role in shaping its image and brand recognition.
This will include developing executive marketing and creative strategies, and overseeing media planning, brand management, internal and external PR, digital marketing and marketing analysis.
She has joined Carhartt from clothing manufacturer Johnnie-O where she served as chief marketing officer. Prior to that, she was global vice president of brand & US marketing at Hoka and has also previously held leadership positions at New Balance, Adidas, Sperry Top-sider and Keds.
In her new role she will report to Susan Hennike, Carhartt’s chief brand officer.
