Calvin Klein Underwear to open first Welsh store at St David’s

Calvin Klein Underwear is to launch its first standalone store in Wales this autumn at the St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff.

Situated on the Lower Grand Arcade, the CK Underwear store will stock the brand’s range of underwear and swimwear for both men and women.

The announcement follows the opening of lingerie retailer Bravissimo’s store at St David’s in June. Furthermore, burger brand Byron will be making its Welsh debut at the centre with a 5,150 square foot restaurant in 2018.

Speaking on behalf of the St David’s Partnership, a joint venture between Landsec and Intu, Colin Flinn said: “Calvin Klein Underwear is the latest in a series of international brands to choose St David’s for a regional debut. This latest signing marks the scheme’s continued success in attracting leading brands.”

St David’s is anchored by the largest John Lewis branch outside of London as well as Debenhams and Marks & Spencer. The centre is also home to 200 other shops and restaurants including H&M, Primark, New Look and River Island, Hugo Boss, Radley, Vivienne Westwood and Jo Malone.
