Calvin Klein and Lids upsize at Icon Outlet at The O2
Icon Outlet at The O2 has announced significant upsizes for Calvin Klein and Lids at the scheme.
While Calvin Klein is to increase its retail footprint by 87%, Lids has already opened a store that is 50% bigger than its previous shop.
Calvin Klein will be upsizing by over 3,000 square feet to create an extensive 6,576 square foot store. Due to launch this autumn, the shop will showcase more of the brand’s apparel ranges and will also feature a new kids’ section.
Meanwhile, the new 1,471 square foot Lids store offers the brand’s signature Custom Zones, which gives shoppers the chance to custom embroider a hat or apparel piece of their choice in-store.
Bob Durda, president of Lids, said: “Lids is excited to grow our store footprint at The O2 and to be able to deliver an even bigger and better experience for our customers. We opened the doors to our brand-new, larger Lids store on Friday 4 August and are delighted to be welcoming shoppers.”
Owned and operated by AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners, Icon Outlet has also recently announced that designer lifestyle brand Tommy Hilfiger has opened larger store at the destination, following a renovation and upsize of 110%
