Burberry opens refurbished flagship store on New Bond Street
Burberry has reopened its flagship store on London’s New Bond Street following a major refurbishment.
Marking an evolution of the luxury brand’s store concept, the shop at 21-23 New Bond Street aims to offer an immersive shopping experience.
The minimalist interior features an eclectic mix of contemporary furniture to create a stripped-back setting to highlight key Burberry pieces. Meanwhile overhead lighting has been crafted to replicate the iconic Burberry check. The space also includes a new VIP area.
The store will stock the brand’s womenswear, menswear, eyewear, shoes, and accessories, with a stronger focus on leather goods.
Jonathan Akeroyd, chief executive of Burberry, said: “We are excited to open the doors of our newly refurbished flagship store on New Bond Street in one of London and the UK’s premier luxury shopping destinations. The store showcases our beautifully crafted products in a luxury setting that connects our customers with our brand and unique heritage.”
