Burberry joins forces with Tate Britain to celebrate artistry

Burberry, the renowned British design brand, has collaborated with Tate Britain to endorse the “Sarah Lucas: HAPPY GAS” exhibition, which pays homage to one of Britain’s foremost artists.

This exhibition spans four decades of Lucas’s artistic journey, presenting over 75 artworks, including early sculptures, photographs, and brand-new pieces premiering for the first time. Known for her boundary-breaking art infused with humor and visual puns, Lucas’s work is celebrated worldwide.

The exhibition, created in close collaboration with the artist, showcases how she has continuously reimagined her career-defining themes, offering fresh perspectives.

Tate Britain, situated near Burberry’s Horseferry Road headquarters in London, plays a pivotal role in the UK’s cultural scene.

Burberry’s partnership with Tate Britain to support the “Sarah Lucas: HAPPY GAS” exhibition reflects the brand’s commitment to British arts and culture. This engagement not only enriches the cultural landscape but also offers opportunities for creative inspiration and community involvement, contributing to Burberry’s unique brand identity and philanthropic legacy.
