Burberry appoints VP of diversity and inclusion
Luxury British fashion house Burberry has hired Geoffrey Williams, formerly at Dr Martens, as vice-president – global head of diversity and inclusion.
Geoffrey Williams started his role at Burberry on Monday 28 March.
Williams had previously held the role of global head of diversity, equity and inclusion at Dr Martens since April 2020. Williams was at Thomson Reuters for more than 11 years, starting in a global talent and development role, and rising to global head of diversity and inclusion.
Williams announced on LinkedIn: “I am excited to share that I started a new role at Burberry last Monday as their VP, Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion. I want to say a huge thank you to the team for such a warm welcome, and I am looking forward to writing my next career chapter with everyone.”
