Boux Avenue begins phased reopening of stores
Boux Avenue has begun a phased return to trading in shopping centres and high streets this week.
The lingerie and nightwear retailer has initially reopened seven stores with more to follow in the coming weeks.
Due to the introduction of social distancing and Covid-19 safety measures, the retailer’s boutique-style fitting rooms and expert bra fitting service will both be closed for the time being . However, its specialist bra fitters will still be advising customers on the best bras for their shape and style.
Boux Avenue said: “The safety and confidence of our customers is always our number one priority, so our colleagues have been working hard behind-the-scenes to ensure that rigorous safety measures are in place. Like many retailers, we are facing a “new normal” in terms of how our stores operate, and we are confident that with the high level of expertise and specialist experience of our store colleagues, we’ll continue to offer our excellent standards of customer service.”
Stores that have reopened include:
● Cabot Circus, Bristol
● West Quay, Southampton
● Bullring, Birmingham
● SouthGate, Bath
● Manchester Arndale
● The Friary, Guildford
● Bentall Centre, Kingston
