Boux Avenue announces charity partnerships with The Eve Appeal and CoppaFeel!
Boux Avenue has embarked on a new partnership with The Eve Appeal, a charity dedicated to raising awareness and funding research into the five gynaecological cancers of womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.
At the same time, the lingerie retailer is continuing its charity partnership with CoppaFeel!, the UK’s first and only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity.
Boux Avenue customers can now donate to both charities at in-store till points and the checkout at BouxAvenue.com. The funds raised will then be spilt equally between both charities.
In addition, a charity landing page is being made available on the Boux Avenue site to provide customers with information on ?the charities, key facts and a list of signs and symptoms to look out for.
The retailer will also work closely with them to provide monthly educational blogs around breast and gynaecological cancer on the The Avenue Wellness Blog, which will be promoted through Boux Avenue’s social media channels and email database on a monthly basis.
Meanwhile, colleagues from all over the business, including 27 stores, offices and distribution centres, will be supporting the charity partnerships, through donations, fundraising activities and marketing materials in store.
Zoe Price-Smith, Boux Avenue’s chief design and product officer, said: “At Boux Avenue, we are passionate about looking after women and our community from top to bottom which is why we were determined to find a second partnership to go alongside CoppaFeel! and we are pleased to have found the perfect partner with The Eve Appeal.
“Since we started our mission over a year ago Boux Avenue has been able to become a supporting hub to our current and future community helping to raise awareness, educate and support.
“We have chosen to continue our partnership with CoppaFeel! and start a new one with The Eve Appeal as they align with our key brand messaging of empowering women, taking ownership of their bodies and feeling confident.”
