Boohoo says trading is in line with expectations as CFO steps down
Online fashion group Boohoo has said trading has remained in line with expectations as it announced that it will report on its final results for the year to 28 February in May.
It has also announced that its chief financial officer Shaun McCabe has stepped down from his role by mutual agreement and is no longer on the the company’s board.
McCabe joined the Boohoo board in October 2020 as an independent non-executive director and was appointed as chief financial officer a year later.
