Boohoo launches first recycled fashion range

Online fashion retailer Boohoo has launched a first recycled fashion range called For the Future.

Made from recycled polyester, the collection’s fabric is created from plastic that has been reused to produce new yarn.

The range includes 34 fashion pieces featuring this season’s palm prints, bright bold colours and classic monochrome.

Garments include separates, dresses, bodysuits, flares and crop tops in sizes six to 24. Prices range from £8 to £25.

Carol Kane, Boohoo founder, said: “We are consistently listening to our customers so have been working on developing a recycled offering for some time. Boohoo acknowledges its responsibility to be a sustainable business and For the Future fashion range is the next step in that journey.”
