Boohoo appoints new non-executive director
Online fashion retailer Boohoo has appointed John Goold as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
He will also become chairman of the audit committee and a member of the nomination, remuneration and risk committees.
Having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996, Goold has advised public companies for over 25 years and has significant experience in corporate finance and corporate broking. After co-founding Arden Partners, he went on to become chief executive of Zeus Capital and is currently chief executive of Kelso Group Holdings.
