Boden to launch first shopping centre store
Boden is to open its first stanadalone shop in a shopping centre at the new Westfield London extension as it continues its expansion into physical stores.
The online fashion retailer has taken a 3,768 square foot unit on the ground floor.
Boden has hired Montagu Evans, the firm which secured planning consent for the original Westfield shopping centre and its £600 million extension, to handle its bricks-and-mortar store openings.
Dan Peake, partner at Montagu Evans, said: “This is Boden’s second only standalone shop and its first in a shopping centre environment. After successfully opening on London’s Kings Road last year, further openings are planned for 2018 and 2019.”
Launched in 1991, Boden now trades in over 60 countries and has more than 1,000 employees across its markets.
