Bluewater adds Coach and Alex and Ani to its line-up

Bluewater has welcomed two new international brands to its line-up.

Coach, the luxury accessories brand, has opened its first boutique in the South East at the centre while Alex and Ani, the US fashion jewellery brand, has opened its UK debut store at Bluewater.

Designed by an in-house team, the 1,750 square foot Coach store is situated adjacent to House of Fraser and stocks the brand’s full range of products for men and women.

President of Coach Europe Catherine Levesque said: “Coach is delighted to open our doors at Bluewater. The opening has been extremely successful and we look forward to continuing this performance into the festive season and provide a modern luxury experience to shoppers.”

Meanwhile, Alex and Ani’s 890 square foot store next to Pandora offers a range of bangles, earrings, necklaces and bracelets.

Bluewater has already announced that Kate Spade New York will join its line-up later in the year. Other additions this year have included Neal’s Yard, Godiva, Smashbox and Missguided.

Russell Loveland, portfolio director at Landsec, the co-owner and asset manager of Bluewater, said: “We are always looking to drive our premium offer to appeal to the affluent catchment. The openings of Coach and kate spade new york launching late this year, in addition to Alex and Ani, significantly enhance Bluewater’s overall line-up of leading national and international retailers and further strengthen Bluewater’s position as Europe’s leading retail and leisure destination.”
