Ben Sherman begins roll out of mono-brand retail with pop-up at Coal Drops Yard

Menswear brand Ben Sherman is to open a new concept pop-up space in London later this month.

Spanning 1,038 square feet, the space at Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross will stock the brand’s Signature and B by Ben Sherman collections and upcoming limited-edition capsule collaborations.

Following the signing of BSI Apparel’s multi-year partnership agreement with Ben Sherman’s parent company Marquee Brands last year, the move forms part of a strategic roll-out that will bring Ben Sherman back to a range of UK high street locations.

The London pop-up store will be the first of such openings, followed by flagship stores across the country.

Tim Reid, executive vice president of fashion and lifestyle at Marquee Brands, explained: “It’s time for Ben Sherman to be back on the coolest high streets in the country.

“Ben Sherman recently celebrated sixty years of an incredible legacy, ending last year with notable limited-edition collaborations in partnership with Rolling Stone and John Lennon.

“We look forward to positive brand expansion as we open new stores. As we head into our Year of Sport and the upcoming Olympics, visitors to the store will be the first to shop the latest collections and forthcoming collaborations.”

During opening week starting 28 March, Ben Sherman will introduce some celebratory offers, including gift cards for the first ten customers through the door on the first five days of opening.
