Atterley appoints Kelly Byrne to head up growth plans
Online fashion marketplace Atterley has appointed Kelly Byrne to the role of chief growth officer.
Byrne previously worked with Boohoo Group in various senior marketing roles before becoming commercial director of the group’s Nasty Gal brand.
Byrne will oversee the company’s global growth plans in her new position.
Atterley founder Mike Welch said: “As one of Boohoo’s early hires Kelly has developed significant experience in growing profitable fashion retail brands internationally, which led her more recently to taking over the running of Nasty Gal after Boohoo acquired it, where she split her time between the UK and US. I am very excited to have her heading up the growth plans for Atterley, she’s a superstar hire for us.”
In a Linkedin post, Byrne said: “It’s time to say a heartfelt and tearful goodbye to Boohoo. Thank you to all of my amazing colleagues, mentors and especially friends who have spent the last 10 and more years supporting me in playing a part in helping build an incredible business. Now to work alongside the awesome team at Atterley.com in growing another fantastic brand to the next level and making it a household name.”
