Authentic names chief financial officer
Ted Baker owner Authentic have appointed former Warner Media executive Jessica Holscott as chief financial officer.
Holscott will replace Kevin Clarke who will move to the role of executive vice-chairman.
Holscott joins Authentic from entertainment business Warner Media, where she has held the role of executive vice-president (EVP) and CFO of studios and networks since August 2020.
Prior to this, she had been EVP and CFO of Warner Media’s subsidiaries HBO, HBO Max, TNT/TBS/Tru and Otter Media. Holscott had initially joined Warner Media in 2016 as senior vice- president of investor relations and merger planning leader. Pre Warner Media, Holscott held various financial executive roles at motor vehicle manufacturer Delphi, General Electric (GE) and the National Broadcasting Company (NBC).

In August 2022, Authentic acquired Ted Baker for £211m, turning the premium British lifestyle brand into a privately-owned company.
