Abercrombie & Fitch appoints new board member
Abercrombie & Fitch has appointed Helen Vaid as an independent director.
Until this month, Vaid was chief executive of Foundry Brands where she led the acceleration of omnichannel growth for the company’s suite of consumer brands across a range of product categories.
Prior to that, she worked as global chief customer officer of Pizza Hut and as vice president of digital store operations and experience at Walmart.com. Her career has also included several technology-focused roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Vaid currently also serves on the board of directors for Groupon.
