Olaf is a vital member of Microsoft’s UK Senior Leadership Team, where he spearheads the Retail & Consumer Goods Industries. With over two decades of experience in the tech sector, Olaf brings a wealth of expertise and a customer-first approach to his role. His passion for building inclusive and high-performing cultures has been instrumental in driving success across various senior sales positions at Microsoft, including leading teams in Media & Telco and Professional Services.
Prior to his tenure at Microsoft, Olaf served as the VP of Sales EMEA for Rackspace, where he led transformative initiatives, expanded into new markets, and launched innovative service offerings that made a significant impact on customers and businesses alike.
Beyond his professional achievements, Olaf is deeply committed to talent development, serving as the executive sponsor for Microsoft’s Early in Profession program in the UK. He also dedicates his time and expertise to support UK charities through his volunteer work with Pilotlight, providing invaluable business advice.
