Emplifi names marketing leader Susan Ganeshan as its new CMO
Emplifi, a leading customer engagement platform provider, today announced the appointment of Susan Ganeshan as Chief Marketing Officer.
Ganeshan will spearhead Emplifi’s marketing and growth initiatives, collaborating across functions to enhance the customer journey. She will work closely with clients to bolster their customer experience efforts through advanced social media marketing, social commerce, and customer care.
In her new role, Ganeshan will lead strategic marketing programs that highlight Emplifi’s innovative solutions, building on the company’s momentum from integrating generative AI technology into its core products. Recently, Emplifi introduced ten new AI-powered tools aimed at boosting efficiency in marketing and customer care.

Ganeshan’s extensive background includes over two decades in high-tech marketing and CX strategies, with senior roles at companies like Clearwater Analytics, Granicus, and several top SaaS solution providers.
