John Lewis appoints senior marketer to deepen relationships with customers
John Lewis has appointed Andreas Nicolaides as head of customer planning and channels.
Due to join the business in October, he will be tasked with modernising and optimising John Lewis’s marketing across stores and online as the retailer looks to deepen relationships with its customers.
Nicolaides has worked for the last four years at N Brown Group, including as group marketing director. More recently, he took on a general manager role where he led a team of marketing professionals and had total responsibility for trading and commercial performance.
After beginning his career at MoneySuperMarket, Nicolaides also gained extensive agency experience where he drove performance marketing for a range of household names including Thomas Cook, Arcadia Group, Monsoon and Fragrance Direct.
